It even offers low-calorie preparations made with 100 percent halal-certified meats, ensuring the highest possible quality. We suggest trying Tava’s vegetarian paneer dish – it’s delicious!

Ananda Fuara

If you’re feeling herbivorous around Market Street, the popular Anada Fuara is a must! This Chinmoy-mission restaurant creates and serves some of the best Indian inspired food in the area.  It’s definitely one of the best places to get into your vegetarian/vegan groove in the heart of the city. Try their numerous delicious vegetarian and vegan options, including some ever changing daily specials.  We especially love the Neatloaf and their curries!

Shizen Vegan Sushi Bar & Izakaya

At first glance, this stylish izakaya and sushi bar could be just another sushi spot amongst many around our neighborhood. However, they have a major culinary twist: everything on the menu is vegan. All of their specialty rolls are innovative, delectable, and somehow, still reasonably priced. Arrive before 6pm for dinner to minimize your wait time and to try their gluten free vegetarian ramen!
