Dad’s are just the best, aren’t they? Living in San Francisco means there are numerous events to celebrate Father’s Day, and each of them can be tailored to fit your dad. This week’s blog is all about some of Solaire’s favorite Father’s Day adventures:

Hamilton: On Father’s Day, spend the evening at the theater seeing Hamilton. This award winning show tells the story of Andrew Hamilton like you have never heard it before. The Father’s Day performance is at 1pm.

San Francisco Zoo and Gardens: Start the day off with a leisurely bicycle ride through the zoo with a tour guide. This family-friendly ride lets you explore the zoo and see the animals before it is open to the public. The ride ends with a continental breakfast, making it perfect for any dad who is a fan of animals, morning bike rides and spending some quality time with the family.

Oakland A’s: Head over the bay to catch an Oakland A’s baseball game as they take on the New York Yankees at 1:05pm at the Oakland Coliseum. This series runs from Thursday, June 15 – Sunday, June 18.

Hornblower Cruises and Events: Hornblower offers a variety of bay cruises for Father’s Day. Choose from a beer brunch cruise or a dinner cruise that includes scenic views of the San Francisco Bay with live entertainment. Brunch includes a brunch buffet, beer, champagne and mimosas while dinner includes a four-course dinner. This is the perfect idea for dads that enjoy good food with a view.

Sunset Cruise on the Bay: Take your dad for a sunset cruise around the bay! This two-hour cruise offers beautiful sunset views, a light appetizer buffet and live guitar music. Along the way, you will see the amazing SF skyline that includes both the Transamerica Building and Coit Tower. You will also pas under the Golden Gate Bridge and see great views of Tiburon, Alcatraz and Sausalito.

Dear Ol’ Dad does a lot for the family, so it’s important to celebrate him to the fullest on his day. Father’s Day in San Francisco is always a day to remember, spending time with dad in this beautiful city!
